Our ASIAL Grade A1, Adelaide-based monitoring centre operates 24/7, 365 days a year.
Wireless unit, no phone line needed
Our wireless unit uses a SIM card, so there’s no need for a phone line connection.
Our response times of around 60-90 seconds are among the fastest in the country.
Simple, 1 button unit
The unit has a simple, 1 button operation, and comes with a portable, easy to use, waterproof pendant. A flashing light around the edge of the pendant confirms that the response centre has received the alert.
Dial-in for emergency services
Emergency services can be connected directly into the system. This means the resident can be talking to both the RAA monitoring centre & emergency services.
300 metre range
The pendant has a 300m range from the base unit, allowing freedom of movement around the house and garden.
No call costs
Residents won’t be charged for testing the unit with the monitoring centre, or for calling during an actual incident.
The system includes a waterproof necklace pendant. Wrist bands are also available and, for extra security, wall mounted pendants and monitored smoke detectors can be installed.
How it works
1. Pendant / Wrist Band
The waterproof neck pendant and wrist band have a range of 300m, and can be worn around the house, in the garden, and even in the shower.
2. Press Button
When help is needed, the wearer simply presses the button on the monitoring unit, or on the neck pendant or wrist band.
3. Monitoring Centre
The resident will be connected directly to RAA Secure Services, 24/7 monitoring centre. The operator will quickly assess the situation and determine the type of help that's needed.
4. Help At Hand
Depending on the situation we'll contact emergency services, or the resident's nominated contacts.
If we're unable to determine the nature of the situation, or we can't locate a nominated contact person, we'll automatically arrange for an ambulance to be sent.
Residents in SA may also be eligible for a Government Rebate on the purchase and monitoring of their system.
